This 3+ bedroom home sits in an idyllic wooded setting on a quiet street near the Grand Haven State Park and Lake Michigan's beaches. It is located in historic Highland Park Association. This turn of the century cottage community is tucked in the sandunes with a system of boardwalks and walkways built throughout the dunes. Steps to Lake Michigan near the Bil-Mar Restaurant, 1/2 mile south of the State Park and the boardwalk, pier and downtown are all within walking distance.
Features include a spacious kitchen with new cherry cabinets & granite countertops, double oven, gas cook top, stainless steel refrigerator & huge pantry. Heated tile floors in kitchen and bath & into solarium room with hot tub, huge living room with wood burning fireplace, large wrap around deck with electric awning & outdoor shower. Two full baths plus an outside shower. It is fully furnished including sheets and towels. We have a washer and dryer, tv, stereo, and gas grill.
