Grand Haven Voted 2nd in Country for Healthiest and Happiest People in the U.S.

The Gallup-Healthways Well-Being index, interviewed over 353,000 Americans during 2009. The results weren't a surprise to those of us fortunate enough to live here! Grand Haven ranks 2nd in overall ranking of well-being. Those interviewed, were asked to assess their jobs, finances, physical health, emotional state of mind, and their communities.

Holland-Grand Haven ranked #2 overall, #1 in physical health, #1 in access to basic things needed for a healthy life, and #3 in emotional health, #31 in work experience, and #50 in healthy behaviors.
